DEFECT

If your product is defective or does not work as it should, you will receive a new one free of charge.

RETURNS

You can return your NuvinaCo Australia products within 14 days of receipt in the case of a defect.
Can you make a clear video of the defect? Then we can arrange everything remotely at no cost to you and send you a new one.
NuvinaCo Australia products are hygiene items and can therefore (unfortunately) not be returned for a refund of the purchase amount.

SHIPPING

Pack the product in its original packaging together with the return form.
Place the return label clearly on the outside of the package.
Go to one of the postal points (a post office or parcel drop-off point) and send your parcel.
A return shipment must always include a track & trace code. The customer is responsible for the shipment.
Once the package reaches our warehouse, the product will be exchanged or a refund will be arranged.
